Pricing	Accommodation plan prices are listed on the “Stay Plan” page of the website.
Payment Timing & Method	Credit card prepayment: payment via credit card after reservation confirmation. On-site payment: cash or credit card at the front desk. ※Payment timing varies by plan, either upon reservation confirmation or check-in.
Cancellation Policy	■ 30% of total accommodation fee if cancelled 7 to 4 days before arrival ■ 50% if cancelled 3 to 2 days before arrival ■ 80% if cancelled the day before arrival ■ 100% if cancelled on the day or no-show ■ No-show without prior notice: 100% of the accommodation fee
Refunds	Refunds are processed through the credit card used, after the necessary procedures. Refund timing depends on the credit card company’s regulations. No refunds after the stay.
